Dominant Industry Keyno Stay.tionery No. 014 Cherishment is a mid-size fountain pen made by Dominant Industry's ink studio in Paju, South Korea — the brand's very first fountain pen release, named for the feeling of holding onto what matters most.

Design

Body & Material

Cherishment is cast in Ice Crystal acrylic resin, a pale, cool pink flecked with soft light blue — closer to a faded, glowing memory than a single flat colour. As with all Keyno pens, the resin pattern forms naturally, so no two Cherishment pens are quite identical; some run a little bluer, some a little pinker, depending on the piece. The cap is a soft cream tone, keeping the coloured barrel as the visual centrepiece.

Details

The same quiet narrative runs through every Keyno release. The cap top is shaped like a jewel and draws from a classic timepiece crown. The clip takes the silhouette of a key, marked with a keyhole motif and a compass symbol. The nib itself carries a keyhole-shaped breather hole, and the base coin is engraved with the Keyno emblem. Warm brass-toned, rose-gold trim finishes the metal accents throughout.

Fit & Feel

Built in a balanced mid-size format with a flat-top profile, Cherishment is designed to settle comfortably into the hand for long writing sessions. Some reviewers note the cap runs on the heavier side, though the pen doesn't feel unbalanced when posted.

Writing Experience

Nib

Cherishment ships with a #6 stainless steel nib in rose-gold tone, available in Extra Fine, Fine, or Medium. Reviews of the nib are largely positive — several reviewers describe it as glossy and wet once broken in, becoming a daily-rotation pen — though as with any hand-finished steel nib, individual units can vary, and a small number of reviewers have reported needing some initial tuning before the flow feels fully smooth.

Feed

Cherishment uses a genuine ebonite feed, the same material found in vintage and high-end fountain pens, chosen for its superior capillary performance. This delivers a richer, more consistent ink flow than a standard plastic feed, and lets the ink's true colour and character come through on the page.

Filling System

Cherishment uses a converter filling system, with a dedicated converter included. This pen is designed to work specifically with its included converter system.

Pair It With Cherishment Ink

Cherishment has a matching Dominant Industry ink available separately, designed alongside the pen to bring out its full character. As with all Keyno pairings, the ebonite feed is built to draw the most out of a well-matched ink.
