Moonlit gardens, drifting fae, and the hush of a meadow after dark — Moonbeam Meadows is a soft, dreamy lilac that captures the weightless magic of a world lit only by moonlight. Pale and undersaturated in the best possible way, it shifts from a faint blue-lilac when wet to a delicate dusky purple as it dries, all while duochrome shimmer particles scatter green and pink light across the page like dewdrops catching the moon. Part of Ferris Wheel Press's FerriTales: Bestiary Series, this is an ink for those who write in the space between waking and dreaming.

Ink Characteristics

Base Colour
A soft lilac — pale, gentle, and quietly luminous. The colour reads blue-leaning when wet and settles into a delicate dusky purple on drying. Its undersaturated quality gives it an airy, ethereal character that suits journaling, creative writing, and hand lettering in equal measure.

Shimmer
Fine duochrome shimmer that shifts between green and pink depending on viewing angle and light, with green tones typically dominant. The shimmer is delicate and well-behaved — visible on broader strokes and swabs without overpowering the soft lilac base. Compatible with most fountain pens; medium to broad nibs and dip pens will express the shimmer most vividly. Shake well before use and periodically during writing sessions.

Shading
Low to medium shading — subtle tonal variation that is visible under the right conditions, though the pale base colour keeps contrast gentle. Most noticeable on broader nibs and fountain pen-friendly papers.
