Warm, glowing, and quietly alive — Oinking Embers captures the last light of a fairy-tale fire, rendered in a peachy-pink copper that feels both cosy and luminous on the page. Part of Ferris Wheel Press's FerriTales: The Three Little Pigs Series, this ink pairs a soft, warm base with a duochrome shimmer that dances between green and pink, making every stroke feel like an ember catching the light.

Ink Characteristics

Base Colour A light copper with peachy-pink undertones — warm, inviting, and gently vibrant. The tone evokes the comfortable glow of embers: neither too orange nor too pink, but a flattering middle ground that suits journaling, hand lettering, and creative writing alike.

Shimmer A duochrome shimmer that shifts between green-gold and pink depending on viewing angle and light. Ferris Wheel Press shimmer particles are finely milled, making this ink compatible with most fountain pens. Medium to broad nibs and dip pens will express the shimmer most vividly. Shake well before use and shake periodically during extended writing sessions.

Shading Low shading — colour variation across strokes is subtle, producing a largely consistent, even tone. Slight depth is visible on broader nibs and with large coverage.
